XYX-3 is a trailer-mounted hydraulic core drilling rig, a derivative model of the XY-3 series exploration drilling rigs. It is mainly used for deep geological core drilling, hydrological and water well drilling, engineering geological exploration, rock and soil sampling, and small-scale foundation construction drilling. It is compatible with various rock and soil layers. It can balance exploration core drilling and drilling operations, has strong mobility, full hydraulic auxiliary operation, and is suitable for frequent site relocation in field construction.

1. Wheeled movement + Hydraulic legs: Equipped with a trailer-mounted wheeled movement mechanism and hydraulic cylinder-supported upright columns, the entire machine can be towed and relocated by a trailer. The hydraulic legs can be quickly adjusted to stabilize the drilling rig, significantly reducing the time for on-site installation and adjustment; The lifting and lowering of the drilling tower is controlled by hydraulic operation, which is convenient, labor-saving, and highly safe.
2. Fully hydraulic feeding and clamping system: The hydraulic feeding mechanism ensures smooth and uniform drilling, improving the quality of coring and drilling efficiency; The closed-type hydraulic chuck / ball chuck clamping mechanism enables continuous coring without stopping the machine, reducing downtime losses; A bottom-hole pressure gauge is equipped to monitor the conditions inside the hole in real time, facilitating the handling of downhole anomalies such as stuck drill pipes and hole collapse.
3.Transmission and Control System: Utilizes an automotive transmission assembly, featuring multiple forward gears + 2 reverse gears for speed adjustment. It provides sufficient torque and is convenient for handling wellbore accidents such as stuck drill bits. The centralized control handle has a compact layout, and the vertical shaft and winch can be independently controlled. The diameter of the through hole on the vertical shaft is large, suitable for large hexagonal active drill pipes and various drilling tools. Mainly equipped with electric start diesel power, providing abundant power and easy start-up, reducing manual labor intensity. It can also be adapted to motor power versions. 4.Drilling capability: It can complete core drilling at a depth of 600 meters, with the opening diameter reaching up to 300mm, and the final core drilling diameter being 75mm. The drill pipe specification is Φ60mm. The drilling inclination angle can be adjusted within the range of 90° to 65°, meeting the requirements of vertical core extraction and inclined-hole exploration, ensuring the integrity of the core samples, and providing reliable original core samples for geological exploration, mineral exploration, and soil and rock testing.
